Kivora data deletion instructions

Send a deletion request to privacy@kivora.app with the subject Kivora Data Deletion Request and include the account email, organisation name, and connected account details needed to identify the data.

Verification and timing

Kivora verifies the requester's authority before deleting organisation or connected-platform data, acknowledges the request, and aims to complete valid requests within 30 days unless law or a complex scope requires more time.

What may be retained

Kivora may retain information required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute, payment, or audit obligations. Retained information is restricted to those purposes.

Connected platforms

Removing Kivora from a connected platform stops future access but does not by itself delete data already stored in Kivora. Submit the email request when stored Kivora data must also be deleted.
