Kivora

Kivora terms of service

These terms govern access to Kivora workspaces, paid plans, managed storefronts, checkout readiness, support, and acceptable use.

The service

Kivora helps businesses connect stores and company-owned social accounts, manage catalogues, prepare marketing content, inspect operational signals, and operate managed storefronts where available. Kivora may be used only for lawful business purposes and for accounts the user owns or is authorised to manage.

Accounts, plans, and billing

Workspace owners control team access, roles, store setup, billing choices, and publishing decisions. Tenant subscription billing is separate from shopper checkout and managed-store settlement work.

Connected platforms and managed stores

Connecting a store, social account, ad account, or other external service authorises Kivora to use the granted access only to provide the requested business features. Product, pricing, store, payment, campaign, and generated content must be reviewed before publishing.

Acceptable use, availability, and liability

Kivora must not be used for unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, malicious, spam, or fraudulent activity. Features can depend on third-party services and approvals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
