Kivora privacy notice

This notice explains how Kivora collects, uses, shares, stores, protects, and deletes data used for business workspaces, storefronts, checkout, and connected platforms.

Data Kivora uses

Account, company, team, store, product, order, support, billing, reporting, storefront, and checkout data is used to operate the tenant workspace and customer workflows.

Meta platform data

When a business connects Facebook or Instagram, Kivora requests only the permissions needed for the selected business features. Kivora does not sell Meta platform data or transfer it to unrelated advertising networks or data brokers.

Security, credentials, and service providers

Kivora uses tenant scoping, authenticated access, encrypted credential storage, audit records, and limited access to sensitive operational data. Service providers receive only the information needed to provide authorised services.

Retention and choices

Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain required records. Requests may be sent to privacy@kivora.app.
